About

After training at the London College of Communication, graduating in 2013 I began working as a camera assistant for agencies and have worked my way up to working in the roles of Shooting PD on a regular basis for several agencies and production companies.

I also work direct with clients and am able to assemble a professional crew from my regular collaborators or work closely with a client side producer depending upon the available budget. I am particularly interested (and experienced in) working on productions relating to the STEAM subject areas (Science, Technology, Arts and Maths) and especially stories where these subject areas overlap. I have produced work for permanent display in many of the leading London Cultural institutions including V&A, The Science Museum and the British Library.

Most of all I am interested in stories, and how image, sound and music can be used to communicate them to audiences. I am an experienced editor and able to manage the process of production from initial idea to delivery. My work has been produced for broadcast, installation, film festivals and social media and am experienced in translating projects to work across multiple platforms.

Documentary

I pitched for, and received funding from BFI to direct a short documentary which was broadcast on BBC4 and am currently in post production on a funded short based around an ‘outsider’ artist who lives in North London, scheduled for completion and festival run from November 2024.

I also work as a cinematographer for other documentary directors and a work as shooting AP and DP for production companies producing factual programming for the likes of SKY, Netflix and Arte.
